Good Morning. This is just a suggestion.
I find that, a good and simple breakfast is an effectively qualitative fuel for keeping the human engine rolling for several, good numbers of hours. It is simple as just having two sunny-side or two over easy good grade eggs; then one succulent banana accompanies by some lettuce, a few pieces of tomatoes and yes, all that supported by some slices of cucumbers along with some delicious grapes or blueberries (blueberries are very beneficial against many maladies) and a few pieces of carrots. Ah que c’est bon! Bon Appetit.
